WIRED Lunar Innovations spoke to Community OutReach for Education in STEM (CORES) 4th and 5th graders at Weber Elementary about the message of BEST Robotics and WIRED. While we were there, we talked to the students about gravity and the Moon's terrain, and did an activity involving building a lunar rover based off the understanding of how lunar rovers work. This allowed the students' knowledge about WIRED to grow and helped them understand our Low G game theme this year.

WIRED Fulfillment Solutions successfully delivered the message and importance of WIRED robotics to P. H. Greene CORES 4th and 5th graders on October 3rd. During our visit at Greene, we explored this year’s game theme, discussed positions in WIRED, and talked about what BEST robotics is. While teaching about this year’s game theme, we introduced an activity which required picking up material, placing it into boxes, and fulfilling “orders” efficiently. We made sure to emphasize the fact that robotics has two sides to it: the engineering and marketing sides.
